AI receptionist · voice or text
Ask the
front desk.
An AI assistant that answers for the shop: studio facts, open start times for a date, and a handoff to booking. It is not a person, and it will say so if you ask.

Before you start
This is not a person.
The receptionist is an AI assistant answering for the shop, by voice or by text. It is not a tattoo artist, it cannot quote your piece, and it cannot give you medical advice. Anything it is unsure of, it hands to the shop.
What it can do
Studio facts
Hours, address, the published rates and the deposit terms — read from the shop's own configuration.Availability
Open start times for a date, from the same booking calendar the booking form uses. It will not call a date open or busy unless that lookup came back.Hand off to booking
Once you pick a time it hands you to the booking assistant, which holds the slot only after you press confirm on screen. A held slot is held, not confirmed.
What it cannot do
Take payment
Nothing is charged in this conversation. The $50 deposit is settled only by the shop's payment processor.Give medical advice
Health questions go to the artist in person, and the health disclosures are part of client intake, not this line.Quote a specific piece
It states the published rates. Pricing a particular design is the artist's call at consultation.
The line
Talk, or type.
Voice and the text box reach the same receptionist in the same conversation. The microphone opens only after you allow it.
Sign-in required
Opening the line spends the shop's model credential and stores a transcript, so it is tied to an account. Sign in and you come straight back here.

01
This site asks for a short-lived key
When you start voice, this site's server asks the agents service for a short-lived client secret. The shop's standing API key never reaches your browser.02
Your browser connects direct
Your browser opens the audio connection straight to the model provider with that secret. The audio does not pass through this site's servers.03
Transcript kept as text
What you and the receptionist say is transcribed and stored with this conversation. Voice and the text box below write to the same conversation.04
Tools run on the server
Availability lookups and handoffs run on the agents service against the booking authority — not in your browser — and appear in the transcript as they happen.
Questions
What people ask about the line.
Why do I have to sign in?
Opening the line spends the shop's model credential and writes a transcript, so it is tied to an account. Reading this page needs nothing.
Is my card charged in this conversation?
No. The $50 deposit is only settled by the shop's payment processor. Nothing here takes a payment.
What if it gets something wrong?
Call the shop on (518) 522-2837. A slot held through the booking assistant is an ordinary booking record and can be moved or cancelled like any other.
Do I have to use this to book?
No. The booking form does the same job without a conversation, and the shop line reaches a person during opening hours.
